Frequently Used Files List
The Frequently Used Interface is designed with a focus on efficient access and management, clearly presenting users with their recently used knowledge base spaces and marking the number of files in each space, helping users quickly locate and access them.
The interface also synchronously displays the recently used document list, covering key information such as file name, status, size, storage location, and update time, enabling users to precisely locate target files and significantly improve workflow and knowledge management efficiency.
At the top of the page, there is an intelligent search bar that supports precise file retrieval based on enterprise space dimensions, further enhancing the convenience of information access.
File Favorites
The Favorites feature is designed with the core goal of efficient management and convenient access, allowing users to quickly add important files to a personalized favorites folder for efficient organization and retrieval of key materials, significantly improving work efficiency.
This feature breaks down file space barriers, supporting cross-scenario favorites for personal files and enterprise shared space files. It meets personal knowledge management needs while empowering team members to conveniently share and collaboratively handle core files, building a flexible and efficient collaboration ecosystem.
File Sharing
The sharing feature helps users efficiently manage file sharing scenarios. During sharing, the system intuitively displays key information such as the storage location, sharing time, and expiration time of shared files, comprehensively covering file sharing management needs and empowering team collaboration and file circulation.
For each sharing record, the system supports diverse operations:

My Space
My Space is an integrated personal document management platform that primarily encompasses four core functions:
- Knowledge Base Management, allowing users to create and edit knowledge bases, with default knowledge bases automatically storing uploaded files and documents generated by AI Apps;
- Document Management, including file uploads, new file creation, automatic saving of AI-generated content, and convenient batch drag-and-drop upload operations;
- Filtering and Sorting, enabling quick filtering of documents based on file type, creation date, etc., and sorting management by name, size, update time, and other dimensions;
- File Operations, supporting actions such as viewing properties, downloading, deleting, renaming, and multi-selection. It also integrates document translation services, where users can trigger the translation icon, input their requirements, and view the translated text alongside the original.
Enterprise Space
Space and Knowledge Base Management:
- Provides a panoramic view of enterprise spaces. Clicking on a space card grants access, with all knowledge bases clearly displayed inside for quick information location;
- The knowledge base page uses cards to display name, description, organization count, personnel count, and file count, helping users efficiently grasp knowledge base details and support decision-making.
Intelligent Information Processing:
- Supports keyword search for precise location of target knowledge bases or files;
- Optimizes information organization logic and enhances retrieval efficiency through classification and tag management features.
QnA Precise Response:
- Built-in QnA functionality outputs standardized answers when preset questions are retrieved, avoiding interference from online information and ensuring responses align with enterprise standards;
- Supports multi-dimensional retrieval from enterprise space, questions, and answers, helping employees quickly access accurate knowledge and accelerate business processes.

Knowledge Base:
- In personal space, users can create different knowledge bases and upload files within them.
- In enterprise space, users can create subordinate enterprise spaces with different names. Within these subordinate spaces, knowledge bases can be created, and files can be uploaded into the knowledge bases.
